- Develops and expands the branch's customer base through various proactive sales and service initiatives. Manages the customer journey by recognizing opportunities to enhance their financial wellbeing. Works in partnership with ecosystem collaborators to increase customer loyalty and revenue.
- Facilitates proactive sales dialogues through both internal and external interactions, utilizing a defined sales methodology that includes outbound calls, service-to-sales transitions, teller interactions, appointment scheduling, and effective lobby engagement, ultimately fostering client loyalty. Conducts comprehensive PNC discussions with every client interaction to identify relevant PNC offerings. Utilizes ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, grow, and maintain relationships.
- Builds customer loyalty and increases customer share of wallet through a unique customer experience. Engages with customers in the lobby to connect and present PNC products that meet their needs. Informs customers about options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
- Employs product and procedural expertise to identify, mitigate, and resolve customer issues effectively, thereby enhancing customer loyalty.
- Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established parameters. Exhibits heightened awareness to identify and prevent losses. Participates in daily branch operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
