Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position Trilith LIVE as a premier event destination.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate meeting planners, special event managers, and community organizations.
  • Collaborate with the Trilith LIVE team to create exceptional experiences for clients and guests.
  • Manage the sales process, including soliciting and securing meetings and conventions, trade shows, and community events.
  • Represent Trilith LIVE at industry-related regional and national tradeshows.
  • Coordinate facility tours and address questions from potential lessees.
  • Participate in the development and administration of the annual budget.
  • Prepare bid proposals and follow through on pending bookings.
  • Ensure compliance with all rental/lease agreements.
  • Manage venue social media platforms and develop content to drive online traffic.
  • Plan and oversee advertising, promotion, and publicity activities.
  • Develop and recommend pricing strategy to maximize market share.
  • Prepare reports on sales revenue projections, marketing studies, and client satisfaction.
  • Network with industry partners and community organizations.
  • Participate in community, industry-related associations, committees, and task forces.
  • Rotate with other facility personnel to function as Manager on Duty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in hospitality, convention, hotel, trade show, or meeting room sales and marketing.
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with conventions and event planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience exceeding customer expectations in this industry or a related field.
  • Proficiency in public relations, oral, written, and interpersonal communication, public speaking, contract negotiation, sales forecasting, and sales and marketing.
  • Ability to deliver results under time constraints and function effectively in moderate to high-pressure situations.

Physical Demands:

The employee is regularly required to move around the facility, stand for long hours during events, talk, and hear. This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events.
