Key Responsibilities
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food safety procedures are strictly followed to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to achieve sales goals, drive business growth, and implement effective strategies.
  • Cost Management: Manage food and labor costs efficiently to maintain profitability and achieve business objectives.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and implement company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence across all departments.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor food inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by identifying and addressing potential hazards and risks.
  • Crew Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment by providing comprehensive training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Interview and hire qualified team members to fill vacant positions and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Business Performance: Achieve store sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
Requirements for Success
  • Education and Experience: A college degree or equivalent operations experience, with a minimum of two years in the restaurant industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record in supervising and managing staff, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional Qualities: Professional and neat appearance, with the ability to lift items up to 35 pounds.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Availability to work 50+ hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
  • Certifications and Training: ServSafe Certification and a willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs.
