The inside sales manager is essential to maximizing our business development team's efforts. In this position, you will use your leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills to help successfully achieve the next phase of growth.

You have a few years of similar work experience that has equipped you with decision-making maturity. You've honed your time-management skills and are able to manage a variety of projects and meet long- and short-term deadlines. You are proactive and can work independently, keeping your foot on the gas and projects moving forward. Your easy-going personality and positive vibe add inspiration to the work environment.

Who you'll work with:

You'll be an integral member of the business development team, that includes an in-house graphic designer/creative media manager, and you'll report directly to our director of business development. But when you join the C.R. Crawford team, you become part of our family and will also work with construction project managers, site superintendents, architects, engineers, company leaders, and clients.

Where your office will be:

This is an in-person position, and the office is located at 1102 S. Happy Hollow Road in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Manage and validate CRM database
  • Assist in the collection of new data so that it can be used to analyze sales functions, productivity, and opportunities
  • Assist in target market prospecting and marketing initiatives using CRM system
  • Manage the RFP/RFQ process and ensure that content requirements exceed the client's expectations and deadlines are met
  • With great attention to detail, lead, or assist as needed, the coordination of conference and trade show details
  • Assist with digital marketing and social media strategy, execution, and messaging
  • Skillfully contribute written and verbal communications
  • Use excellent communication skills to proactively keep stakeholders informed

Requirements

Requirement qualifications:

Two to three years of full-time, professional experience in a similar role

Comfortable on Mac, iOS

Experience with CRM system(s)

Proficient in Microsoft 365 office products

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)

Light design skills
