Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Relations Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts at The Addison of Fayetteville. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan to attract new residents and maintain a positive image of the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and conduct tours with prospective residents, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Respond to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner, following up with leads and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team to plan and execute events, seminars, and themed activities to attract new residents and engage current leads.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with residents, families, and professional providers of care, ensuring excellent customer service and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software programs, utilizing this knowledge to drive sales and marketing efforts.
  • Participate in weekend call coverage and maintain a working knowledge of all software programs.
  • Secure the required number of budgeted move-ins and achieve net gains each month.
  • Treat each inquiry with value and respect, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Operations to develop and implement the quarterly marketing plan.
  • Create and implement a strong community outreach program to generate referrals and meet sales goals.
  • Complete quarterly media planning with the current vendor and keep the Executive Director informed of all sales activity.
  • Maintain the Senior Lifestyle Hot Board/Move-in Move-out board and communicate special needs of incoming residents to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the use of sales tools and ensure every alternative is considered before closing a lead.
  • Stay informed of all trends, developments, concepts, and techniques in the field that affect product and understand the needs of seniors and the aging process.
  • Maintain and work an active, meaningful waitlist and visit competitors quarterly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information and comply with all Senior Lifestyle Policies, city, state, and federal regulations.
  • Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, residents, family members, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Senior housing or hospitality sales experience preferred.
  • Experience with a competitive outside and inside sales environment.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Outgoing, personable, competitive, organized, and self-motivated leader.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • English fluency preferred.
  • Does not take 'no' as an answer and is not afraid of rejection.
  • Professional in speech and dress and has a passion for serving seniors.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and metrics.
