Job Overview:

Diné Development Corporation is seeking a Compliance Subject Matter Expert to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer specialized knowledge to facilitate various audits related to DAF and SAF/FM IT Systems, including Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR), Information Technology (IT), and Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS). Work collaboratively with essential stakeholders and system communities to ensure the provision of comprehensive, accurate, consistent, and timely information prepared uniformly.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, which encompasses narratives, risk assessments, and internal control worksheets that outline processes, risk control measures, IT general computer controls for significant systems, applications, or micro-applications, as well as system certifications/accreditations and documentation locations.
  • Partner with program offices to address and resolve audit-related challenges, evaluate financially relevant systems, and formulate, implement, and uphold corrective action strategies.
  • Oversee project and program management, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are achieved effectively.

Qualifications (Education/Skills/Experience):

  • Experience within the Department of Defense as a military service member, civil servant, or defense contractor is advantageous.
  • Mission-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Monitor all project timelines and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
