**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Global Payroll Operations and Compensation Accounting team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing, delivery, and reconciliation of all payrolls.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the review and processing of global payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead a team of payroll professionals in processing multi-country payroll, including new hires, terminations, stock income, fringe benefits, bonuses, and other related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with payroll tax and regulatory reporting, and year-end payroll tax reporting.
- Review and perform all necessary approvals and controls.
- Partner with Internal Audit to ensure payroll meets all SOX and audit procedures.
- Develop, implement, and maintain all payroll policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provide high-value customer service to employees.
- Responsible for understanding and calculating Company's Internally Developed Software in accordance with Company policy.
- Prepare and review JEs and reconciliations for month-end close.
- Perform other related duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned or directed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- NetSuite experience preferred (or another large ERP system).
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and accurate.
- Proficient computer skills specifically Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to independently prioritize workload based on organizational needs/demands.
- Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills for working with all levels of the organization.
Compensation and Benefits
Base + Bonus Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000
In accordance with applicable law, the above salary range provided is PubMatic's reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.
