Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register guests in a prompt and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Provide excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear and concise information is conveyed to guests and colleagues.

Requirements
