Job Title: Front Desk Representative

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, as well as a professional and welcoming attitude. The ideal candidate will manage all front desk activities, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing administrative assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information when needed.

• Manage visitor check-in and check-out processes, ensuring proper security protocols are followed.

• Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting rooms, and assist with scheduling as needed.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.

• Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks and special projects.

• Address any customer or visitor concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (e.g., telephone, printer, etc.).

• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.
