Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Houston Marriott Westchase Hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage guest room assignments and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
