Position Description
The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is in search of a dynamic candidate for the Clinical Instructor Series, specializing in spine surgery. This role is a fellowship with a full-time appointment in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. A valid California medical license is mandatory for the Clinical Instructor position. Rank and salary will be aligned with experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate must possess an MD degree, have completed an Orthopaedic residency, and demonstrate a strong interest in developing expertise in spine surgery.

The successful applicant will be expected to engage in teaching and research related to spine surgery for residents, graduate students, and medical students.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications (required at time of application):
The candidate must hold an M.D. degree and possess a California Medical License. Completion of an Orthopaedic residency and eligibility/certification in Orthopaedic Board with a focus on Spine Surgery is required.
