Salary Range:
The compensation for this role is set at $74,800. The established UC salary scales determine the minimum pay based on rank and step at appointment. This position includes participation in the health sciences compensation plan, which allows for potential additional earnings.

Position Description

The Department of Pediatrics within the School of Medicine at the University of California, Irvine, is anticipating openings for physicians across its various divisions. These positions will be at the Clinical Instructor level within the Health Sciences Clinical Series (non-tenured track).

Available Divisions Include:

Adolescent Medicine, Genetics/Metabolic Disorders, Pediatric Neurology,
Allergy/Immunology, Hematology/Oncology, Child/Adolescent Psychiatry,
Cardiology, Infectious Diseases, Pulmonary, Neonatal/Perinatal Medicine, Pediatric Surgery, Endocrinology,
Nephrology, Pediatric Urology, General Pediatrics,
Exercise Medicine, Medical Education.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. and/or equivalent licensure relevant to the position(s). Board Certification or Eligibility in the specialty is also mandatory. A strong interest in education is essential, and the applicant must demonstrate teaching capabilities.
