As a Member Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping our members achieve their financial goals while aligning with their Catholic values. We are seeking a sales professional who embodies strong Catholic values and is passionate about serving the Catholic community.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strong relationships with members, understanding their unique financial situations and goals by offering solutions that align with Catholic ethics and values.
- Participate in community outreach programs and events to promote financial literacy in support of the Catholic community.
- Achieve activity and sales goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and industry trends.
- Proven experience in outside sales, insurance, or financial services or a related field.
- Strong alignment with Catholic values and principles, including understanding and comfort in serving in the Catholic community.
- Excellent communication and people skills and confidence in promoting and marketing your business.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong analytical ability.
- Experience presenting to groups as well as 1:1 conversations with members and prospects.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and personal involvement in your community are desired.
- Fully commissioned sales environment.
- Access to licensing, proven sales training, and marketing services.
