Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Experis. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our financial functions, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
  • Accounting Operations: Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including management, board of directors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
