Position Overview

The Digital Technology Program Management Office (DT PMO) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee high-impact initiatives that drive transformation within ServiceNow. This role will be instrumental in advancing our Digital Technology group's objectives through strategic program management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and lead the agile delivery of major projects across various product lines in a collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders to steer product development towards successful outcomes.
  • Manage multiple agile teams, applying best practices and principles of Agile methodology.
  • Facilitate communication and change management efforts to enhance user adoption and gather feedback post-implementation.
  • Develop and oversee product planning, release schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Create comprehensive execution roadmaps, managing all aspects of program delivery, including interdependencies and testing.
  • Prepare detailed documentation to support program reviews and decision-making at the executive level.
  • Engage with all relevant business and technology functions, including external partners and vendors.
  • Mentor teams to embrace a product-oriented mindset focused on solving customer challenges and achieving organizational goals.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to best practices throughout all phases of program management, enabling effective tracking of business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of program management experience.
  • Proven track record in implementing enterprise-level business support applications.
  • Familiarity with Go-To-Market systems (Sales, Marketing, and Channel) is advantageous.
  • Experience in guiding senior professionals within a matrixed organization.
  • Expertise in managing multiple scrum teams and applying scrum of scrum methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, including Lean design and iterative feedback loops.
  • Proficiency in leading Steering Committee meetings with executive management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions while addressing challenges.
  • Agile Scrum Master certification is preferred.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform and technologies is a significant advantage.
