Job Overview

Objective:

As a key member of the Wealth Management Team at CX Institutional LLC, the Wealth Advisor is instrumental in driving business growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and ensuring client loyalty. This position is tasked with acquiring new households through effective management of a lead pipeline, utilizing company-sponsored educational events, networking opportunities, and client referrals. The Wealth Advisor guides potential clients through the New Client Core Process, which includes qualifying leads, conducting discovery sessions, presenting proposals, and facilitating the closing and implementation phases. Furthermore, the Wealth Advisor ensures that the Wealth Management Core Process is adhered to by all team members, delivering exceptional service consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate adherence to the New Client and Wealth Management Core Processes among team members.
  • Enhance brand visibility by representing the firm in community leadership roles, engaging in outreach, and volunteering with various organizations.
  • Manage a diverse pipeline of leads through proactive outreach, including warm calls, client referrals, and participation in company-sponsored events.
  • Deliver engaging presentations on wealth management topics at firm events, effectively communicating the unique offerings of CX Institutional LLC.
  • Organize and host social gatherings with clients to foster relationships and generate new prospects.
  • Conduct client retention initiatives, providing presentations that inspire confidence and trust.
  • Participate in key Wealth Management Core Process activities, including goal-setting sessions and risk assessments.
  • Engage in proactive communication with clients, including annual portfolio reviews and regular check-ins.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by sharing insights on market trends and enhancing their overall experience.
  • Guide clients in investment management strategies, addressing inquiries regarding fees and billing.
  • Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage client relationships and track engagement.
  • Set and maintain weekly performance objectives, including calls made, leads generated, and new households acquired.
  • Stay informed about regulatory policies to ensure compliance in all activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to align with the company's mission and values, delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to qualify leads, identify client needs, and navigate the sales process effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying information in a compelling manner that builds trust.
  • Persistence in the sales cycle, demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges.
  • High level of sales acumen and understanding of investment strategies.
  • Leadership qualities to hold team members accountable for delivering high-quality service.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience.
  • Experience in financial services, particularly as a financial advisor or wholesaler, is required.
  • Series 65 or equivalent certification to be obtained shortly after hiring.
