The CRP Financial Advisor role is designed to assist clients who engage with us through custodian channels. This position emphasizes helping clients realize their financial aspirations while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cultivate and manage client relationships, supporting senior advisors in overseeing complex client accounts according to WEG's planning-based standards.
2. Facilitate the financial planning journey.
3. Identify and understand a prospect or client's values, goals, and objectives.
4. Assess their current financial landscape.
5. Engage clients in the financial planning process.
6. Prepare and conduct annual reviews covering both planning and investment topics.
7. Source and convert prospective clients.
8. Follow up proactively with clients who have not yet implemented their financial plans.
9. Close leads generated from various WEG channels (Marketing, CRP, etc.).
10. Create opportunities within your professional network.
11. Drive referrals from existing clients.
12. Manage client relationships and provide necessary client service.
13. Assist the Financial Advisor during client meetings and follow-up activities.
14. Document meeting notes and promptly enter them into the CRM system.
15. Present financial strategies or plans to clients alongside the Financial Advisor.
16. Meet with clients to gather additional planning information or clarify existing details.
17. Analyze clients' current investments and insurance policies.
18. Execute trades and manage accounts.
19. Participate in Wealth Enhancement Group training sessions, educational events, and coaching programs, demonstrating proficiency in advisor/client-facing technology.
20. Adhere to Wealth Enhancement Group's Corporate Communication Strategy and maintain compliance standards.
Education & Qualifications
• A 4-year degree is required; degrees in business, finance, or economics are preferred.
• An advanced designation is necessary (CFP, CPA, MBA, etc.).
• Series 7 and 66 licenses (BD/RIA) are required.
• Insurance licenses are necessary.
• A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the wealth management sector is essential.
• Proven ability to source and convert prospects into clients while delivering high-level planning-oriented service to a rapidly growing client base.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written) are required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
