Position Overview

The Financial Advisor role is designed to support clients referred through custodian channels. This position emphasizes assisting clients in realizing their financial aspirations while delivering unparalleled client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, assisting senior advisors in managing complex client portfolios to meet the WEG planning-based standards.
  • Guide clients through the financial planning journey by identifying their values, goals, and objectives.
  • Assess clients' current financial situations and engage them in the planning process.
  • Conduct annual reviews that encompass both planning and investment discussions.
Client Acquisition
  • Proactively follow up with clients who have not yet implemented their financial plans.
  • Convert leads generated through various WEG channels (Marketing, CRP, etc.) into clients.
  • Identify and create opportunities within your professional network.
  • Encourage referrals from existing clients.
Client Relationship Management
  • Assist the Financial Advisor during client meetings and follow-up communications.
  • Document meeting notes and promptly update the CRM system.
  • Present financial strategies or plans to clients alongside the Financial Advisor.
  • Meet with clients to gather additional planning information or clarify existing details.
  • Analyze clients' investment portfolios and insurance coverage.
  • Execute trades and manage client accounts.
Professional Development

Engage in Wealth Enhancement Group's training sessions, educational events, and coaching programs, while becoming proficient in advisor/client-facing technologies.

Maintain adherence to the Wealth Enhancement Group's Corporate Communication Strategy and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications
  • A four-year degree in business, finance, or economics is required.
  • Possession of an advanced designation (CFP, CPA, MBA, etc.) is necessary.
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses (BD/RIA) are required.
  • Insurance licenses are mandatory.
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the wealth management sector is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and convert prospects into clients while delivering high-level planning-oriented services.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written) are crucial.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
