Position Overview

The Financial Advisor role is pivotal in assisting clients who come through various channels. This position emphasizes achieving clients' financial aspirations while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and support senior advisors in handling complex client needs in alignment with WEG's planning standards.
  • Facilitate the financial planning journey.
  • Identify and understand a prospect or client's values, goals, and objectives.
  • Assess their current financial landscape.
  • Engage clients throughout the financial planning process.
  • Conduct annual reviews covering both planning and investment topics.
Client Acquisition
  • Proactively follow up with clients who have not yet implemented their financial plans.
  • Convert leads generated from various WEG channels.
  • Develop opportunities within your personal network.
  • Encourage referrals from existing clients.
Client Relationship Management
  • Assist the Financial Advisor during client meetings and follow-up activities.
  • Document meeting notes and promptly update the CRM.
  • Present financial strategies or plans to clients alongside the Financial Advisor.
  • Meet with clients to gather additional planning information or clarify existing details.
  • Analyze clients' current investment portfolios and insurance policies.
  • Oversee trade placements and account management.
Professional Development

Engage in Wealth Enhancement Group's training programs, educational events, and coaching initiatives, while becoming proficient in advisor/client-facing technologies.

Adhere to the Corporate Communication Strategy and maintain compliance standards.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is required; fields such as business, finance, or economics are preferred.
  • An advanced designation (CFP, CPA, MBA, etc.) is mandatory.
  • Possession of Series 7 and 66 licenses (BD/RIA).
  • Insurance licenses are required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the wealth management sector.
  • Proven ability to source and convert prospects into clients while delivering high-level planning services.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
