Position Overview
We are in search of a Senior Vice President to spearhead the strategic vision and operational oversight of the Wealth Management Solutions division. This role encompasses comprehensive P&L accountability for a diverse array of product offerings and wealth management solutions available to our clients and advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the Wealth Management Solutions team, enhancing the product and service portfolio tailored for our financial advisors and clients. Proactively identify and implement innovative solutions that align with industry standards and meet the evolving needs of our clientele.
  • Evaluate the existing operational framework and strategic roadmap, identifying areas for enhancement to ensure alignment with business demands, focusing on advisor and client satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate the strategic objectives to the business unit and key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across all levels.
  • Enhance performance metrics and analytics to drive operational efficiency, collaborating with leadership to refine critical business indicators.
  • Oversee collaboration with indirect partner functions, ensuring cohesive execution of the integrated broker-dealer strategy aimed at achieving optimal results and client satisfaction.
  • Engage in leadership initiatives that contribute to broader organizational strategies, including talent development and succession planning.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and implement effective controls to manage risk while maintaining compliance with internal policies.
Required Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least fifteen years of progressive executive management experience in wealth management solutions, with a proven track record in a similar complex environment.
  • Active Series 7 & 24 licenses are required, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Experience engaging with executive leadership in mid to large-sized firms, with a history of successful presentations to boards and senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement growth strategies across various product lines, leading cross-functional teams to execute in a complex organizational structure.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
  • In-depth knowledge of the regulatory landscape and the ability to foster strong partnerships with compliance and risk management teams.
