About the Opportunity
Join our team as a Senior HR Generalist and play a key role in shaping our organization's HR function. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy. This includes managing recruitment and selection processes, developing overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures, overseeing performance appraisal systems, assessing training needs, and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the food production or consumer goods space, along with a degree in Human Resources or a related field, and proficiency in both English and another language.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the company
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Manage all employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Oversee and administer benefits programs, including health, disability, and retirement plans
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency in both English and another language
- Experience in the food production sector of the Engineering industry is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize important projects
- Commitment to staying informed of current trends and innovations in the field of human resources

Salary
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
