Job Overview
A Senior HR Generalist is sought after by Jobot to spearhead human resource strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives. This role will play a crucial part in driving growth and development within the organization.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the food production or consumer goods industry. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and selection processes, supporting business needs through human capital development, and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Support current and future business needs through human capital development and preservation.
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee benefits programs, including health, disability, and retirement plans.
  • Provide guidance on organizational change and development.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proficiency in both English and another language.
  • Experience in the food production sector is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to staying informed of current trends and innovations in the field of human resources.
