As a Passenger Service Representative at Richmond International Airport (RIC), you will play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant experience for our travelers.

As you advance in your career, opportunities for growth into positions such as Lead Agent, Compliance Coordinator, Supervisor, or General Manager will be available.

Work Schedule Flexibility

This position operates under a union framework based on seniority, which means your initial schedule will be assigned according to operational needs.

Availability for day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays is required, along with the possibility of mandatory overtime when necessary.

As you gain seniority, you will have the opportunity to trade shifts with colleagues, pick up additional hours, and gain more control over your schedule.

Punctuality and reliability are crucial, as we must adhere to flight schedules.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Proficiency in operating a computer for data entry and retrieval.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs consistently.
  • Successful completion of a background check, hearing and vision tests, and drug screening.
  • Eligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearances as per local regulations.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
