Airport Ambassador

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at Richmond International Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers, ensuring their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm and welcoming greetings to passengers, setting the tone for a positive travel experience
• Assist passengers with various travel-related tasks, including checking in, printing boarding passes, and resolving issues
• Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, providing empathetic and professional support to passengers
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 18 years old
• Ability to operate a computer to enter and retrieve data
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs on a consistent basis
• Ability to pass a background check, hearing and vision tests, and drug screen
• Eligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal) per local requirements
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
