Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Global Head of Wellbeing and Culture. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive our global wellbeing strategy, promoting a healthy and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global wellbeing strategy that aligns with our company's purpose and values.
  • Lead and manage a global network of wellbeing leads, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of wellbeing programs.
  • Collaborate with functional CoEs and businesses to promote and enhance employee wellbeing.
  • Support the development and reporting of metrics on global wellbeing programs and use information gathered to inform strategy.
  • Represent the company on relevant external bodies and engage with stakeholders to promote best practice in wellbeing.
Requirements
  • Associates degree with 7+ years of experience working with industrial, manufacturing businesses and is able to demonstrate knowledge of regulatory issues affecting the industry and long-term internal / external influences, OR
  • Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience working with industrial, manufacturing businesses and is able to demonstrate knowledge of regulatory issues affecting the industry and long-term internal / external influences, OR
  • Masters degree with 3+ years of experience working with industrial, manufacturing businesses and is able to demonstrate knowledge of regulatory issues affecting the industry and long-term internal / external influences, OR
  • JD/PhD, OR
  • In lieu of degree 9+ years of experience working with industrial, manufacturing businesses and is able to demonstrate knowledge of regulatory issues affecting the industry and long-term internal / external influences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recognised as a thought leader both internally and externally on health & wellbeing.
  • Has the ability to lead and drive collective ownership of health, safety and wellbeing management within a FTSE 100 business.
  • Is highly skilled in communication, relationship management and negotiation.
  • Has knowledge and experience of leading change and driving best practice within a complex organisation.
