Job Overview

Nutreco, a pioneer in animal nutrition and aquafeed, is seeking a talented individual to join its Young Professional Program. As a Supply Chain Development Professional, you will have the opportunity to drive your future success in end-to-end Supply Chain by learning from industry experts in Sustainability, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, and Engineering.

The Opportunity

Work at the center of it all and build your international acumen by connecting with our Business Units and Global Supply Chain Leadership Team. Gain practical experience in Supply Chain excellence by working on challenging tasks, projects, and completing numerous trainings in an international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including interdependencies and interconnectedness between different areas.
  • Gain industry-specific knowledge and leverage the experience of experts in our different locations and Opcos.
  • Work on challenging tasks and projects, and complete numerous trainings in an international environment.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team on a challenging position, global project, operational business tasks, and attend several training courses.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business Administration.
  • Strong technical academic background.
  • Strong proficiency in business English and local language.
  • Maximum of one to two years of experience in supply chain, business administration, or manufacturing environments.
  • Eagerness to take on global projects and temporary international relocation opportunities.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to different cultures, helping our operations around the world.
  • Proactive learners who enjoy mastering complex concepts and applying learnings in practical ways to make an impact.
  • Creative problem solvers who can approach challenges creatively, thinking outside the box to find the best solutions.
