About the Role
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive wellbeing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee wellbeing programs that promote physical and mental health, and enhance overall job satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain a global network of wellbeing leads to support the implementation of wellbeing programs in their areas.
  • Provide coaching, instruction, and training to enhance the global capability of wellbeing.
  • Work with functional CoEs and Businesses to promote and enhance employee wellbeing.
  • Develop and report metrics of global wellbeing programs and use information gathered to inform strategy.
  • Represent the company on relevant external bodies in area(s) of special interest.
  • Maintain a review of any regulatory or professional changes that would guide and impact our approach to employee wellbeing.
Requirements
  • Associates degree in a discipline relevant to organizational development with 7+ years of experience working in industrial, manufacturing businesses.
  • Bachelors degree in a discipline relevant to organizational development with 5+ years of experience working in industrial, manufacturing businesses.
  • Masters degree in a discipline relevant to organizational development with 3+ years of experience working in industrial, manufacturing businesses.
  • JD/PhD or 9+ years of experience working in industrial, manufacturing businesses.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recognized as a thought leader both internally and externally on health and wellbeing.
  • Ability to lead and drive collective ownership of health, safety, and wellbeing management within a FTSE 100 business.
  • Highly skilled in communication, relationship management, and negotiation.
  • Knowledge and experience of leading change and driving best practice within a complex organization.
