The Global Logistics Process Specialist possesses in-depth process expertise and is responsible for the ongoing enhancement of processes and applications.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $120,000 - $150,000 (Salary will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment.) For further details on benefits, please refer to our career site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish standardized procedures and processes for warehouse and cross-functional business operations.
  • Evaluate assigned processes to uncover opportunities for improvements in efficiency, quality, and standardization.
  • Engage in various SAP initiatives including template definition, fit-gap analysis, template development, testing, and support.
  • Independently design specific SAP EWM and WM processes while understanding integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO, TM, PP, etc.).
  • Draft business requirements documents and functional specifications/configuration documents.
  • Organize and deliver user training sessions.
  • Maintain effective communication with project managers, team members, and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience with S/4 HANA, including at least one complete implementation in extended warehouse management.
  • Comprehensive operational and organizational knowledge of logistics and warehouse management processes, including cross-functional business processes (inbound, outbound, internal, and functionalities).
  • Experience in creating presentations, training materials, and conducting end-user training.
  • Extensive knowledge of the manufacturing sector.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 7 years of hands-on experience with multiple end-to-end S/4 HANA implementations.
  • Certification in S/4 HANA EWM.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
  • Prior experience working within multicultural global teams.
