Job Summary

At S.C. International, Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Healthcare Benefits Specialist to join our growing Health and Benefits Department. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in healthcare and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze health plan statistical and financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare periodic reports on plan operations and performance, including budget projections and cost calculations.
  • Coordinate the receipt and review of insurance and service provider renewals.
  • Assist in compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong research and data analysis skills.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry, either with an insurance company or an employee benefits consulting firm.
