We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compensation and Equity Analyst to join our Total Rewards team at Trupanion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing salary and incentive data, developing and implementing compensation policies and procedures, and administering employee bonus plans and equity-based compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze salary and incentive data to identify trends and make recommendations for adjustments
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compensation policies and procedures
  • Administer employee bonus plans and equity-based compensation programs
  • Design and build new bonus plans based on business priorities
  • Design and implement executive compensation plans
  • Monitor existing plan models to ensure effectiveness
  • Process stock option grants, exercises, and forfeitures through Etrade stock management platform
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable stock plan regulations and SOX standards
  • Maintain and update compensation databases and systems
  • Prepare data imports and reports as needed
  • Conduct data quality audits and implement improvements
  • Coordinate with HR, finance, and legal departments
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of Analytical experience in a field that analyzes budget/spend efficiency
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • 1-2 years of experience with equity administration
  • 1-2 years of experience with E*trade
