D1 Training is looking for a passionate and energetic individual to excel in our Sales Consultant role. This position involves prospecting, extensive outreach through calls, diligent follow-ups on leads, and conducting in-person sales meetings to promote our services.

Ideal candidates will be self-driven, team-oriented individuals with a strong passion for sports and fitness, capable of selling effectively. While sales experience is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.

A TYPICAL DAY IN THIS ROLE:

  • You arrive punctually, energized and ready to make a positive impact. You start by confirming all scheduled appointments for the day, ensuring a full calendar.
  • With some time before your first appointment, you dive into making calls to reach your goal of 100 calls before noon. You follow up with leads from the previous day, employing various communication methods to maximize engagement.
  • After securing additional appointments, you prepare for your first meeting. You greet the prospect warmly, guide them through a questionnaire, and provide a comprehensive tour, focusing on their goals and challenges.
  • When faced with financial objections, you skillfully navigate the conversation, emphasizing the value of investing in their fitness journey. Your approach is rooted in genuine care for their well-being.
  • You repeat this process throughout the day, consistently signing up new members and ensuring all leads receive thorough attention.
  • As the day wraps up, you reflect on your accomplishments, having made significant contributions to the team.
  • Ultimately, you enjoy working in a supportive environment where hard work is balanced with enjoyment.

Compensation Structure:

  • Base salary plus commission, with opportunities for monthly bonuses and recognition.

Base Salary Range: $30,000 - $50,000 annually ($14 - $25 per hour)

Potential Earnings (On Target Earnings):

  • $30,000 - $45,000 for lower-performing closers
  • $45,000 - $65,000 for average closers
  • $65,000 - $100,000+ for elite closers
