Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers entering the dealership.
  • Guide customers in vehicle selection by actively listening and asking insightful questions.
  • Communicate product features, performance, and advantages effectively.
  • Present optional equipment available for purchase.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers.
  • Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Master the sales process, including overcoming objections and closing sales in line with company standards.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a dealership setting is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure.
  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales process.
  • Outgoing personality, especially in handling objections and negotiating.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the employment process.
