D1 Training is looking for a high-energy, motivated individual to excel in our Sales Role. This position entails prospecting, extensive outreach, scheduling and conducting in-person sales meetings, and promoting our comprehensive range of services.
Qualifications:
Must be a self-driven, team-oriented individual with a passion for sports and fitness, capable of selling effectively. Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.

A Typical Day in This Role:
- Arrive on time, energized, and ready to make a positive impact. Begin by confirming appointments for the day, ensuring a fully booked schedule.
- Utilize any free time to make calls, aiming to reach your daily target. Follow up with leads to secure appointments.
- Engage with prospects, providing tours and discussing their goals. Utilize your sales skills to present tailored solutions.
- Handle objections with confidence, focusing on the value of fitness. Guide prospects to see the benefits of investing in their health.
- Repeat the process throughout the day, maintaining high energy and focus. Ensure every lead receives thorough attention.
- Wrap up the day by reviewing your accomplishments and preparing for the next day. Celebrate your successes and look forward to future opportunities.
Compensation:
- Base salary plus commission, with opportunities for bonuses and recognition.
Base Salary Range: $30,000 - $50,000 annually ($14 - $25 per hour)
Potential Earnings (On Target Earnings):
- $30,000 - $45,000 for lower-performing closers
- $45,000 - $65,000 for average closers
- $65,000 - $100,000+ for top-performing closers
