About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Collections Administrator to join our team at Commercial Metals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our collections and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative functions such as telephone calls, email, mail, and filing.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments and individuals.
  • Responsible for timely dispute resolution and negotiation within department guidelines.
  • Identify, document, and distribute disputes to the appropriate area for resolution.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills required, including good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.
  • 2 to 5+ years of collection experience in a construction or manufacturing environment.
  • SAP experience a plus.
  • Experience with the Infor FACTS system is highly desirable, but not required.

Education

An associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
