Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Gallery Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Gallery Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers while supporting the Sales and Marketing Departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily Sales Executive rotations and specialty rotations, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Check in guests and owners for sales presentations, assigning Sales Executives with accurate codes.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate extension number.
  • Track daily attendance and training attendance.
  • Manage inventory and stock kitchen supplies, including food, coffee, juice, paper goods, cleaning supplies, and soda.
  • Assist with extra premiums for all departments and reconcile nightly.
  • Perform other reasonable requests from management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Warm and welcoming demeanor to greet guests and team members.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months or more of experience working in the timeshare industry.
  • Detailed knowledge of the area, with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations.
