About the Role

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Gallery Coordinator. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing Department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests and internal customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily Sales Executive rotations and specialty rotations, ensuring seamless execution and accurate tracking.
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests and owners, assigning Sales Executives with precision and accuracy.
  • Respond to phone calls and direct them to the appropriate extension, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Monitor and track daily attendance and training attendance, maintaining accurate records.
  • Conduct inventory and stock kitchen supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning materials.
  • Assist with extra premiums for all departments, reconciling nightly transactions.
  • Perform various tasks and requests from management, utilizing your skills and abilities to support the team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the timeshare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with a strong understanding of its applications.
