Job Overview

Hilton Grand Vacations is a leading vacation ownership company that offers a unique vacation experience to our guests. We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Gallery Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Support Sales and Marketing Departments by performing various responsibilities in a smooth and consistent manner.
  • Set and update Sales Executive rotations daily and track attendance and training attendance.
  • Assist with extra premiums for all departments and reconcile nightly.
  • Carry out reasonable requests by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Helpful and impeccable communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 months or more previous experience working in the timeshare industry.
  • Detailed understanding of the area with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations.
