Head of Client Retention and Growth

**Job Overview**
As the Head of Client Retention and Growth, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain and grow our existing client base. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns
- Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce client churn and increase customer satisfaction
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on client engagement and retention metrics
**Requirements:**
- 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of success in client retention and growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
**Compensation Package:** $125,000 - $155,000 per annum, depending on experience
