Job Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Sales position at HelpResource agency. The Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales, training team members, and managing sales processes. This role is based in Miami, FL, with flexibility for remote work.
Key Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
- Experience and expertise in training and sales management
- Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales is a must
- Lead generation in B2B sales is a must
- Staffing industry B2B sales experience is a must
