Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a pediatric nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options. You will be working with our pediatric home health patients, providing high-quality clinical care and support to help them thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 care to our pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
