About the Role

As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to medically complex children in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities
