We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a pediatric nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our medically fragile patients and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care to children with complex medical needs. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, and to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to children with complex medical needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care outcomes

Requirements
