Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a pediatric nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements
  • Current valid RN or LVN license to practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
