About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a pediatric nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the patient's healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in education and clinical training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Current valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting
