About the Role

As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to children with complex medical needs. Your expertise and compassion will enable you to create a safe and nurturing environment for our patients to grow and thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled pediatric care to children with complex medical needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in pediatric care
Requirements
  • Current RN or LVN licensure in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients with complex medical needs (preferred but not required)
