About the Role

As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to medically complex children in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with complex medical needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient's healthcare team
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
