As a Pediatric Nurse with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and their families, providing individualized care and support to help them thrive.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in their homes
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices

**Requirements:**

* Current RN or LVN license
* Current CPR certification
