The Vehicle Title Processing Specialist is responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of title and salvage regulations across various states. This role involves acting as a cashier for clients retrieving their vehicle titles and addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about the latest title and salvage laws in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assist customers in the collection of their vehicle titles, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Address and resolve customer issues related to title ownership transfers.
  • Perform clerical tasks including word processing, filing, and managing incoming correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain files and documents systematically.

Essential Skills:

Strong customer service orientation, effective communication skills, and experience in a call center environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior office experience is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
