Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Professional to support our team in driving global digital growth. The ideal candidate will have exceptional administrative support skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Product, Engineering, Operations, and Strategy
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Manage office supplies, hardware, and software
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Partner with the IT organization and internal partners to prepare for meetings
  • Use discretion and judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or minimum of 10 years of administrative experience
  • Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and business acumen
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts with diplomacy and professionalism

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $66,300 - $142,700 annually
  • Short-term incentives in the form of sales commission plans or Annual Incentive Plan
