Your Impact:

As a Business Development Specialist, your contributions are crucial to our success and play a significant role within our organization. This is not a call center; we operate in a close-knit office environment where your efforts truly matter.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in appointment setting with B2B outbound calls.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented with a track record of meeting performance targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.

  • A salary range of $45,000 - $52,000 plus uncapped commission potential (total compensation can reach $55,000 - $65,000 in the first year).
